To witness children communicating through chess, playing the game against their grandparents, to teaching their younger siblings the new openings or checkmate patterns they learnt form class. Here creating a community that is children friendly, and help their growth whether that is to become the next greatest chess player or to simply learn to have fun. I want children of all varying ability to enjoy the game and spread the love of the game to others too.

Like how my teachers laid the foundation for me to be a great chess player, chess coach and arbiter, I want to do the same to my juniors. Creating a community of chess players who are ready to use their skills learnt from chess to become the next champion in chess or use their deep analytical skills in other aspects of life. Many of my colleagues went on to use their analytical skills for banking, consulting, business analytics as well as coding AI chess bots.
