Since playing chess from the age of 8, I can honestly say I am glad to have fallen in love with such a beautiful complex game. As a player and a coach, I continue to spread the love and the joy of the game to adults and children, from solving puzzles, to showing games that are older than myself.
The chess coach/player I am today is no doubt because of the help I have received along the way, from my mother bringing me to various tournaments, to my brother who was my sparing partner and to my two coaches I had along the way, Rob Willmoth and Lorin D'Costa.
I continue my journey to spread the love for the game, learning new ways to teach and encourage seasoned players to children who are just starting out. Just how I am hungry to improve as a player, I am hungry to improve as a coach and bring more people to the game, and I dream to see more younger players taking up and continue to play the game with one day seeing the country rise up the world of chess once again.
